People typically come to counseling either because they are in pain or they want to live a richer fuller life. If you are hurting or stuck in patterns of behavior that interfere with your relationships, counseling can offer a perspective that gives hope and creates the potential for change. While we can’t change difficult situations of the past, we can work together to better understand and resolve challenges in your life.
Clients come to therapy due to a crisis, or because they are on a path of growth. For newly recovering people the challenge comes with integrating new coping skills while managing many new feelings.
